Can I buy a day pass? No, we do not offer Day Passes. We may sell some on the Sunday only (subject to availability). |
Do I have to stay in the hotel? No. You can stay wherever you like. |
Where does the entertainment take place? All of the entertainment takes place in the Orleans Hotel & Casino. |
Do I need a pass for the car show? No, the car show on the Saturday is free to get in but cars must be pre-registered and can only be registered by those purchasing wristbands. |
How do I get my car in the car show? Cars must now be pre-registered. This can be done when you book your wristband or it can be done later. Only people who buy wristbands for the Rockabilly Weekend may register cars. There is no extra to register. |
Do I need a pass to see the vendors? In the Arena, passes are not required. In the upstairs area there will be a few hours each day that anyone can access the vendors. |
How can I find out who is playing when? Please see the bands page to see playing times of bands. |
How do I enter the Burlesque contest? You will be able to submit entries in Oct, Nov & Dec. Voting takes place in January. The six finalists go to the live competition at VLV. |
Can Children Attend VLV? In Nevada the law states you must be 21 to drink alcohol or gamble. Here are the VLV rules regarding children……………… Children 5 and under are free and do not need wristbands. Children 6 – 12 years old are half price. They cannot be booked online. You must book them by mail, fax or email. We cannot sell tickets to 13 to 20 year olds. Children must be out of the music venues by 10pm each night.
If you do not want to get tickets for your children they can still access the Car Show on the Saturday and some of the vendors.
In Vegas under 21's may not be near the bars, slot machines or gaming tables. They may only walk through the casino with their parents. If the security see you with a child by a bar they have the right to ask you to leave.
There are babysitting services in Las Vegas who will come to your hotel room. You can find these online or in the Yellow Pages.
