CANCELLATIONS
- All tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the event you may sell your tickets to someone else.

NAME CHANGES
- If you are unable to attend VLV you can just sell your ticket to someone else. You do not need to change the name on it.

Due to the number of events and people at VLV we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access all events as they may be full.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the car show if the car does not meet the car show criteria. If you submit a photo and we approve it, entry is guaranteed. |

Tickets are sold fot the event and not for individual acts. We reserve the right to refuse admission without reason. |
