What are the dates for Viva Las Vegas?
- VLV30 April 8th – 11th 2027 – Not Easter
- VLV31 April 27th – 30th 2028 – Not Easter
- VLV32 April 26th – 29th 2029 – Not Easter
Are tickets still available for this VLV?
Yes. You can buy them online or buy them at the event.
When do hotel rooms go on sale for VLV?

Can I get a room in The Orleans for this year?
The Orleans is sold out. You will need to contact them in case they get cancellations.
I see that VLV is now CASH FREE. Is that for everything?
CASH FREE only applies to VLV Tickets and VLV merchandise where you can pay by card or electronic payments only. The hotel still accepts cash as do many of the vendors.
Can I get my car in the car show?
You can turn up with your car. As long as we have the space and your car meets the criteria, you can purchase a ticket and bring in your car until 8am on the Saturday of VLV. Please check all the details on the Car Show Registration page
Can I get a one day pass for events inside the hotel?
ONLY for Sunday. THERE ARE NO ONE DAY PASSES for events inside the hotel for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Can my band play a future VLV?

Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes you can by using the ticket transfer system.
Can I roll over my tickets to next year?
No. Tickets cannot be rolled over and there are no refunds. You can sell them to another person using our ticket transfer system.
I did not order my Burlesque Show tickets yet. Can I still get them?
As long as you bought HI Roller tickets you can still buy them. Please email robbyn@vivalasvegas.net.
Where do I pick up my wristband?
On Weds, Thurs & Fri, pick them up from the Dauphine Room inside The Orleans. On Saturday, please go to The Arena Box Office. On Sunday from the VLV Office.
What time can I pick up my Wristband?
Wednesday 5pm to Midnight. Thursday 9am to 2am. Friday 9am to 2am. Saturday 9am to Midnight. Sunday 2pm to 8pm
What time can I take my car in and out of Car Show?
Thursday & Friday 10am to 10pm. On Saturday 6am to 8am. They reopen for cars about 30 mins after the last band has finished. The gates will be closed again overnight, and opened at 7am Sunday morning.
Can I leave my car in the car show overnight?
Yes, on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights you can leave your car in there. During these hours, no car may be moved and no people are allowed into the car show area.
What can I take into the car show?
On the Car Show page of the website, at the very bottom is a list of what you can and cannot take in. Please CLICK HERE and scroll to the bottom.
Can I bring a camera to VLV?
Yes, we do not have camera restrictions for personal use.
Can children attend VLV?
For the Car Show children of all ages can attend. Up to age 15 they are free. 16 and over require a ticket. For events inside the hotel, please CLICK HERE
Are there any shuttles going to The Orleans?
There is a free shuttle between The Orleans and The Gold Coast only. Guests of those hotels may use the shuttle by showing their room key.
When are the vendors open?
The vendors inside The Orleans are open at theses hours. THURSDAY 5pm to 2am. FRIDAY 10am – 5pm & 7pm to Midnight. SATURDAY 10am to 5pm & 7pm to 11pm. SUNDAY 10am to 5pm & 7pm to 11pm
I have lost my tickets or did not receive them.
Log onto your TIX account and you can retrieve them. Go to https://www.tix.com/ticket-sales/tix/1/profile. If you have no luck retrieving them, please email contact@vivalasvegas.net with your details and we will help.
I have a ticket but it has someone else’s name on it. TICKET TRANSFERS
If you are all arriving together, that is not an issue. If you are not arriving together you can use the ticketing transfer system to send it to another person. Please log onto your Tix account at https://www.tix.com/ticket-sales/tix/1/profile Then to the right of your ticket is a transfer option. How do I change a name on a ticket?

Do I need to stay in the Orleans or Gold Coast?
You do not need to be a guest of either The Orleans or The Gold Coast to attend Viva Las Vegas.
Where does the entertainment take place?
All of the entertainment takes place at the Orleans Hotel & Casino ONLY.
What does the wristband include?
The 4day High Roller wristband covers you for 4 days access to all VLV venues. If you only want to come for 2 or 3 days, you can but it is still the same price. We feel that we priced the wristbands at a low enough price so that even if you only come for 2 days it is not expensive. If we do not sell out we will sell wristbands on the day. Each day they will gradually get cheaper but will be good for the rest of the event. So if you are coming Saturday for example, you will only pay for Saturday and Sunday. We can though do a 1 day wristband on the Sunday. Some people need to go home on Sunday morning so it releases tickets for that day. Please note that the Hi Roller tickets enable you to buy a $5 guaranteed seat for the Burlesque showcase.
Due to the nature of the event, we cannot guarantee access to all events at VLV.
The Car Show wristbands (4day Classic Car Show or Saturday Hot Rodder Car Show) grants you access ONLY to the car show area and the bowling event. That DOES INCLUDE THE CAR SHOW HEADLINERS
Do I need a wristband for the car show?
Yes, the Hi Roller or Classic will get you in all 3 days. The Hot Rodder is only for the Saturday Car Show.
How do I become a vendor at VLV?

ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST CONTACT THE ORLEANS ARENA CATERING DEPARTMENT AS YOU MUST BOOK THROUGH THEM. DO NOT EMAIL US. Make sure you contact the Arena Catering Department, not the hotel catering.
Do I need a wristband to see the vendors?
In the upstairs area there will be a few hours each day that anyone can access the vendors. Visit the Vendor section of our website for the general public viewing hours.
How can I find out who is playing when?
Please see the bands page to see the bands performing, or the schedule page for a full list of bands and other entertainment and events.
How do I enter the Burlesque contest?
You will be able to submit entries in October, November, and December. Voting takes place in January. The Top Ten Finalists go to the live competition at VLV. Four are chosen by a panel of judges, one is a contestants choice and five are chosen by online voting. Visit the Burlesque page.
Can I bring a camera or videocamera to the shows?
We have no camera or video camera restrictions at VLV. However, hotel rules do not allow photography in the casino itself.
Can children attend VLV?
In Nevada, the law states you must be 21 to drink alcohol or gamble.
Here are the VLV rules regarding children for EVENTS INSIDE THE HOTEL ONLY:
Children 12 and under are free and do not need wristbands.
Children 12 and under must leave the music venues by 10pm.
We cannot sell tickets to 13 to 20 year olds for the indoor events. They can attend the car show.
CAR SHOW FOR CHILDREN. Children 15 and under are FREE at the car show if accompanied by parent. The Car Show is ALL AGES.
In Vegas anyone under the age of 21 may not be near the bars, slot machines or gaming tables. They may only walk through the casino with their parents. If the security see you with a child by a bar they have the right to ask you to leave.
There are babysitting services in Las Vegas who will come to your hotel room. You can find these online or in the Yellow Pages.
How does the ticketing system work?
FOR VLV29
HI ROLLER TICKETS – When you buy tickets, you will receive bar coded tickets. When you get to VLV, please go to our check-in area inside the Arena with your bar coded tickets, where we will scan the ticket and give you your wristbands. You will need to show your ID or passport to show that you are over 21. The wristband is worn all weekend to get you into the events. There is one ticket per person.
When you buy your HOT RODDER or CLASSIC tickets online, at the end of the process there is the option to print off your tickets or from the attachment that will arrive by email. This enables you to print off your tickets and each one has a unique bar code on it. Upon arrival at VLV we will scan your barcode, check your ID for age verification and give you your wristband.

You MUST bring your bar coded ticket to VLV. Without it you cannot get your wristband.
Once a barcode is scanned, it cannot be scanned a second time so if you think you can make multiple copies, only the first person to arrive will be successful. When a ticket is scanned, the location, day and time are recorded. We can then determine who came in on the ticket with the use of security cameras.
PLEASE NOTE: The online ticketing system will be slightly different during the week before Viva. The changes will be announced then.
What happens if I lose my wristband?
Unfortunately a lost wristband is classed as a lost ticket. If you lose your ticket a new one will be charged at the full price. If for any reason it breaks or comes off, if you bring the wristband with you we will replace it at no charge.
Our wristbands are very strong and generally do not break. They are also put on so that they should not slide off your wrist. Therefore we do not get issues with people losing them.
Are there rules about what CANNOT be worn or displayed at VLV?
The following items may not be displayed or worn at VLV.
– Motorcycle club colors.
– Gang colors
– The confederate flag
– Any items on the FBI list of extremist symbols
– We reserve the right to ask anyone to remove anything that we or the hotel feels is detrimental to the event of affects the comfort level of the attendees of VLV.
