REGISTRATION FOR VLV30 in 2027 Opens June 1st

The FREE CAR AND DRIVER program is now CLOSED for VLV 30.

  • The first 200 drivers to have their car approved will receive one (1) FREE Classic ticket.
  • When registering your car, please put “FREE” in the ticket number area.
  • A SIDE VIEW photo of the car MUST be submitted for approval, otherwise it will not be admitted. Photos must be under 50 KB, otherwise it WILL NOT upload and you will not see a confirmation notice in red at the top of the page.
  • If you want access to ALL of the events inside the hotel as well as the car show, you will need to buy the full 4-day HI ROLLER pass.

AFTER Free Car and Driver Closes:

  • PLEASE BUY YOUR EVENT TICKET BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR CAR FOR THE CAR SHOW. Once you have a ticket, you can register your car at no charge. You must enter your ticket number on the registration form.
  • Car Registration is INCLUDED with the purchase of the High Roller, Classic, or Hot Rodder Ticket, subject to space.
  • If you want access to ALL of the events inside the hotel as well as the car show, you will need to buy the full 4-day HI ROLLER pass.
  • As tickets are non-refundable, if you would like pre-approval, please email robbyn@vivalasvegas.net.

WHAT CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED

  • Billet wheels
  • High Tech Street Rods
  • Muscle cars
  • No VW’s or PT Cruisers
  • Post-63 Low Riders(with small wheels/tires)
  • Japanese Cars
  • Tubbed Rear ends
  • Off road and/or 4 wheel drive
  • Diesel engined
  • No 17″ or larger wheels
  • No Dubs allowed.
  • No Oversize Rims or Low-Profile tires.

* “Themed cars” or “Rat Rods” must be pre-approved. If in any doubt please email us a photo to robbyn@vivalasvegas.net

* Motorcycles must be pre-1964 built and period correct

VINTAGE TRAILERS DOs

  • Built 1963 and earlier
  • Only Modern Battery Operated Generators
  • Towing Vehicles that meet the car show criteria may stay with with Trailer

VINTAGE TRAILER DON’Ts

  • No Gas or Gas Generators
  • No Sleeping overnight in the trailers.
    • Hotel security will be on premises to enforce this.
  • Towing Vehicles not meeting the car show criteria must go to the designated parking lot.

We reserve the right to refuse admission of any vehicle and/or driver

We reserve the right to accept cars we consider to be of interest to the car show, but may not meet all criteria listed above. 

Other General Information:
  • Car Show Registrations are accepted on-line until 5:00pm (pacific standard time) Tuesday, April 6, 2027 or until we are completely full, whichever occurs first. 
  • DAY-OF registrations will only be accepted on Saturday only, subject to space.
  • Pre-registered cars have preferential placement.  
    • All pre-registered cars must arrive by 8am Saturday morning.  
    • After 8am the lot will be opened to un-registered participants (subject to availability).
Registered cars may enter and leave the parking lot during the times posted below:
  • Thursday: 10am – 10pm
  • Friday: 10am – 10pm
  • Saturday:
    • Cars may enter between 6am – 8am; no cars will be allowed to enter the area after 8am
    • For safety reasons, cars cannot leave the area or be moved between the hours of 8am and 7pm
    • Cars may move or leave the area after 7pm.
  • The gates will are locked at 10pm and no cars can leave after that time.
    • No unauthorized persons may stay in the Car Show area after 10pm, including on Saturday.
    • Security will be posted in the area when the gates are locked and throughout the night.
  • Sunday: Gates open at 6am.

No pets
No ice chests or chairs can be carried in
No BBQ’s
No fires
No selling from cars
No burnouts
No glass bottles
No cruising in parking lots
No bicycles
No gang colors (including motorcycle)
No weapons
No fighting
No selling out of your vehicle
No confederate flags or any other items on the FBI list of extremist symbols
Outside food is NOT allowed

Winning car owners will receive custom-made trophies!
